Screw the floor-plan, I'm still wondering how a 16 year old girl owns her own house. Wink

Eh? Was Monique's age ever mentioned in the comics?
How do you know she's 16?
And maybe it's not her house Wink We just never see her parents^^

I'm pretty sure her profile (which, now that I check, is no longer there) said she was 16. I could be wrong, of course.

If it is her parent's house, I wonder how they feel about the arrow through the heart decoration on the front door?

That would have been when the strip started, not necessarily current

If the profile said she was 16, then it's probably true. Maybe Darqcyde is right and she is older now. I guess nobody knows except Tat himself.

About the parent thing: Maybe the mother is just like Monique and loves breaking hearts, and decided to put the heart symbol on the door. And the father lives with two strong women, so he prefers saying nothing.^_^

In the panel where the lesbians are crying to the Devil, purple looks like she's not wearing her thong.

Just an observation. (Yes, I'm aware she almost definitely is anyway.)

I dig slicks "falling-pose" i frame number... *counts*... 13.

Sidebar / Holy cripes, you know it'sa high quality comic strip when you get up to 18 more-than-decent frames in one single, daily-updated, comic.

I am not going to comment much about the story of the comic...
but the art is wonderful...simple but wonderful

especially the first four panels....slick seems so calm and determined on them

My careful calculations have revealed that 'Nique is now 22 and already out of college.

She majored in creative writing and fashion. When she is not in the strip, she works for an up-and-coming magazine.

Love it. One of the best drawn ones yet.

I don't think I post enough in the comic forum but it would probably just be me saying the same thing every day: Neat!

Camus should have picked Slick instead of Sysiphus, way more fun. Twisted Evil

he ripped it off real quick and tried to use it as a parachute, but the wind of his falling whipped it out of his hand.

great scene, but the comic was running too long, so it ended up on the cutting room floor. you'll have to wait for the director's cut version to come out.
