Wowio's "business model" is similar to Freeload Press, where ebooks can be downloaded for FREE but is embedded with advertising plus the company collects/data mines personal information of its downloaders/users.
The search string "Tatsuya Ishida" brings up a fantastic, surprising list of the artist's illustrative collaborations with other people. I'd love to check them out for myself but I live outside the U.S. of A. the company blocked my download.  Figures.
I'm really keen on reading the Enchanter series. "Especially Enchanter: Prelude To Apocalypse Graphic Novel". Anyway, supposedly the company is working on allowing international downloads. Again, very similar to Freeload Press as they use to limit to online distro in the US, but now offers international distribution.
