Definitely interesting:

Panel Three: Like how walking on water seems more like an "A to B" thing then an "I am powerful!" thing.

Panel Four/Five: Who in their right mind would through stones at a hottie? Please do not think I condone stoning ugly people. Just saying.

Final Panel: Peace and Serenity = Win.

Does anyone know the significance of the time on his alarm clock?

I assume it's refering to Psalm 63, but I can't find the 23 reference, because Psalm 63 only has 11 verses.

Transferring numbers to letters gives Gees, which by pronounciations comes pretty close to Djeez/Djees, which means Jesus, I don't think it has any deeper meaning than that. While we are on the subject, would "Djees" be considered swearing? I'm guessing it is taking the name in vain, but the rule is not "taking the lords name in vain", would that include Jesus?

I like these insightful comics. It's a welcome diversion from Tat's regular work.

Curious, in British English we normally say "Geez" without the initial D. Anyway, I don't see why it isn't classified as "taking the Lord's name in vain", since the Christian god is of course a holy trinity (some might say schizophrenic) comprising of God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Since one and all are the same, then blaspheming against one is the same as blaspheming against the others, in which case swearing using any form of "Jesus" is of course included as a blasphemy directly against God.

very nice comic. Tat could be a good missionairy for different religions. he displays most things awesome.

the only thing that annoys me, are the legs of the red lesbo-devil. kinda... pointy..

Perhaps defending someone who has sinned, or is uncapable of defending themselves?

That panel confuses me, and I don't particularly like it.

I'm sort of 50/50 with this one. The race and the 'win' panel are worth a smirk.

For those who are forgetting in their Bible stories, most of the strip is taken from the Gospels. Knowing that would have made the comic better for you.

Panel 2 - The Baptism of Jesus (Mark 1:9, Matthew 3:13, Luke 3:21)

Panel 3 - Jesus walks on water (Mark 6:48, Matthew 14:25, John 6:19)

Panel 4 - Stoning of the Adulteress (John 7:53-8:11)
This is the infamous "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone" scripture, although you won't find it in most Bibles anymore because it was a later addition by a scribe - ancient documents don't have it.

Panel 5 - Sermon on the Plain (Luke 6:17)
The Gospel of Matthew has Jesus' sermon on a mount... Luke has it on a plain. Contradiction?!?

Panel 6 - The Temptation in the Desert (Mark 1:12, Matthew 4:1, Luke 4:1)

The whole Trinity concept is contradicted by the Bible numerous times, swearing being one of them. You can swear about Jesus with no problem, but you can't swear about the Holy Spirit: "And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven." (Luke 12:10) Weird.

I think it's a reference a passage in the New Testament of the Bible where a crowd are about to stone an adultress when Jesus intercedes. Hence the following panel where he preaches love to the crowd.
