*oof* all I can remember from high school is "Tu foedior quam caro putescens es." And I doubt that's even right. |

But don't ask me what that means. Google said. But I also learn latin at school: Ceterum censeo USAm deletam esse! Meh. Supposed to be "You are fouler than rotting meat." I know, great humor if you're 14. _________________ There are 4 boxes to use in the defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, ammo. Use in that order. Starting now. |

Mein leiblingswort (auf Deutch) ist 'ananas'... oder 'penguin'. Pengueen. It sounds...spaß. Yes, that's possible. Most hated phrase: 'Spül Geschirr'. Grar. I just had my first year of German. Will start my second year in about a month. Horray for foreign languages. Except Spanish. Nothing against the language, really, but hated Señora Casale. *hiss hiss claw claw* French... French just blows my mind. All the accents and long strings of consonants and qs without us...just leave that on the other side of the Atlantic, please.
Edited because French deserves a footnote. _________________ Spelling Nazi, Grammar Nazi, Sandwich Nazi...
What?
Oh, well, first you need wheat bread, and [real] mayonnaise, not that Miracle Crap.
Spread it lightly across the bread, add crisp lettuce and fresh tomato. Meat can vary, but I like ham... |

Flashback:
It is the year 2000, in London. I am 16. It is the day I graduate from what was known at my mindblowingly traditional Dulwich Village private school as "the fifth form".
I am slithering across the roof of the Biology labs on my stomach, dressed in my uniform, a Che Guavara t-shirt, roller skates, and a cat mask.
The two of us, the "fifth form ninjas", as we would later be known, had handcrafted some amazingly lifelike (uniforms stuffed with newspaper) dummies of unspecific girls from our school.
We hung them from the roof of the labs, using hangman's nooses, under a giant banner proclaiming "NOLITE TE BASTARDES CARBORUNDORUM".
It was hott. |

OK, not to make fun of anyone trying to speak a second language, cause i'm attempting to speak japanese on a daily basis. however, this made me laugh for a good five minutes. and now the back of my throat hurts. it's that funny. fhwhgads has prolly already seen it.
