I learned from KnittingHelp.com. Very instructionable. *nodnodnod* _________________ WARNING: Microwave musclebear detection devices in use on these premises!

OH MY GOD you have a summoning doily that is the best.
I assume its for summoning all those cute little monsters. _________________ Samsally the GrayAce |

your monsters are fantastic. and as for doilies, you just sort of place them around. and see what they summon.
(i personally don't place doilies around because every surface in my house already has a bunch of stuff piled up on it, but you clearly have at least one open space. which you can put a bunch of stuff on.)
also, blocking is AMAZING. it's like advanced magic. _________________ aka: neverscared!

The open spaces are taken over by kitties, so all doilies would become cat hair magnets.
This makes me think I should also try making an Elder Sign doily. And I totally have plans for spiderweb doilies - specifically an irregular triangular piece I can hang in the big picture window. _________________ ::lesser crisis mode::

well, all of my knitting is done with the assistance of cats, so it all has cat-hair as an intrinsic component....so i choose to view that as a feature. _________________ aka: neverscared!

So that baby was born. Here she is wearing the crocheted thing.
