No, no, no. You just don't get it, that is part of being womanly. Why reuse when you can buy new? _________________ Allowed to live by the good graces of Deleted, Shh.

See, the manly thread is fun because it's so easy to make fun of men without being offensive. To make fun of women is difficult, because it's easier to hurt someone's feelings or offend her sensibilities. Equal rights for women is a continuing struggle, so it's a touchy subject. _________________ fight |

Oh my! "Girly"?
By God, how insulting.
The males have their "Manly" thread while the females have their "Girly" thread.
How demeaning of us! No matter what our age, we are still deemed as "girls" rather then "WOMEN". It was considered an insult to address a grown male adult as "boy" and it was the term commonly used by slave owners to assert their supremacy over castrated black males. The slaves were "boys" and the owners were "men".
I think I see how this is going... the very term "girly" is just as insulting as "bitch". Therefore that other thread is not politically correct and therefore does not count.
Thus I rule. |

Well you better tell your fellow females that.
Besides, why would you want to use a descriptive word that is derived from "male" anyway?

How can you be sure that "Manly" wasn't derived from "Womanly"?
In fact seeing as it's longer...hmmmm... |

I'm so girly that I wake up in the morning and call my puppy a 'little bee moose' in a squeaky tone somewhat reminiscient of that Rhonda Shear lady on USA's Up All Night show.

aside from the fact that "little bee moose" is ridiculously cute, this is the WOMANLY thread, not the GIRLY thread, thankyouverymuch.
also, i'm so womanly, i can totally wear belly shirts without feeling self conscious when i'm at home. _________________
