I think it lost a lot of quality in season 3 but a lot of that can be directly attributed to Mako's death. Seriously Iroh was the shit. I will say the Zuko/Azula showdown was one of the best pieces of animation ive ever seen.

Right up until zuko got zapped like a bitch...

I suppose if you got the extra eggy pasta it'd still be fairly yellow after cooking, and then there's tomato and spinach versions for red and green.
Then all you need is black pasta and you can make yourself a pasta rasta beanie.
