The CNN article goes on to detail out the prescription drug history that is known or speculated on for Jackson in his last couple of months. The thing is, if the doctor did overdose him on purpose.. what were his motives? |

i think it's being considered a homicide, but not a murder -- if it's an accidental death directly due to the actions of another person, motive may not come into play. |
