Well i was asked to sign a legalize marijuana petition in front of a local store.
And within 10 feet there was a police car
I'm glad things are taking a step in the right direction _________________

This is so interesting.
I kind of want to answer that the reasonableness of sending a Brit to China for defamation compared to the reasonableness of extraditing someone for breaking marijuana laws is proportional to the reasonableness of defamation being illegal compared to the reasonableness of marijuana being illegal. It's such a slimy answer, though. | i want to say that fiscal commerce is not protected as strongly as the free trafficking of ideas is. were commerce considered as solely as a method of 'free speech', all fraud would be legally defined simply as my way of saying "my god, but you're stupid".
the difference may also lie in the physical location of the "transaction" -- if the china-considered-subversive commentary existed on a server outside of china, then the countrymen who were exposed to it would have had to have reached across and outside of a boundary of jurisdiction to access it, whereas a packet of pot, as a fiscal and physical representative of the sender's business, reached across and into a boundary of jurisdiction. |

But the bullets didn't kill him, the blood loss killed him. Well, no, the systemic organ failure killed him. Well, no, cellular respiration ending killed him... _________________ There is a luxury to self-reproach. |

Hrm, long story short: there is no argument against the legalization of pot that can not also be applied to alcohol - which is more harmful than marijuana in every way.

I dunno...seems to me a bottle of beer flying through the air would be more harmful than a bag of pot. |

I want both to be legal! I just am amused when people say that pot never ever ever killed nobody. |

| It really depends on how someone interprets "killed." Pot has contributed to many deaths, but there's not a single confirmed case of pot killing someone through toxicity. |
