I dunno, I'm kinda impressed by how many Republicans have convinced the media to call them "conservative Democrats."

It's like if the Taliban decided to shave their beards and put on New York Yankees caps and say that they're Americans now, and the Americans believe them and give them apple pie.

The words are all dead wrong anyway. How conservative was it to change the motto of the United States or to abandon the separation of church and state. Or to change from a nation founded on immigration to a tightly closed security state.
