To be perfectly candid, it's been such a long time since I remembered the story lines that the joke didn't exactly come to me right away. If I remember correctly, wasn't the last bit of storyline on Jan 18, 2006? All the rest after that were kinda.. unsubstanstial.
So, I guess part of me wasn't expecting it.
