The funny, or maybe frightening, thing is that if people are trolling that site, I couldn't tell.

The "Is this a parody or what?" factor is the reason that this site should become the new textsfromlastnight.

The Open Mic section (a particularly crazy one) now says

A very high volume of Americans are speaking out right now.

Please wait a moment and try again.

Edit: it looks like it's a site-wide thing.

I can imagine the Israel lobby might have mixed feelings about that one.

The American Values one is the best for hijacking

Quote:
Give a pair of truck nutz to all americans! Because there's nothing more manly and american than a pair of balls hanging from your pickup truck. Take THAT Al Qaeda!

Quote:
Require all Muslims in the U.S. to wear ankle bracelet transponders so we know where the terrorists are at all times.

Quote:
We need to remember that this country was founded as a Christian Nation. Sure the pilgrims were so conservative that the british kicked them out of their country. And sure most of our founding fathers were not Christian per-se. And sure they wrote in Religious freedom into the constitution meaning you could practice whatever you believed. But let's be honest, all of that is clearly irrelevant because God is ONLY Christian. If you don't believe in God, you aren't Christian, and if you aren't Christian you shouldn't be a leader. It's in the Bible, and that's all that matters in this Country.

And one I think is sincere but is too beautiful not to post:
Quote:
China and North Korea can build a wall and have no problem keeping people out. Why can't we? Take the rest of the stimulus money and build one. Also put National Guard look out post every 1000 yards with lights and dogs.

Ahh, role models.

Is anti-buddhism a thing now?

There was a tiny Tiger-Woods-shoulda-been-Christian thing.

It just keeps getting better.

i'm wonder how (and if) the house republicans will actually analyze this. some recent highlights on national security:

Quote:
I think all americans should bathe in Nuclear Waste. This has been shown to be an effective tactic in the past of transforming the human body into something more powerful and superhuman. With a nation of powerful mutants, not only would we prevent ourselves from being invaded, we would have a wildly powerful offense with millions able to fly, shoot lasers from their eyes and take bullets. Ninja Cats would still prove to be a problem.

Quote:
Annex Canada and Mexico. Building wall across Guatemala will be easier and melting ice cap means Russians will have harder time with invasion.

and of course, those people who are just too hung up on the local:
Quote:
Somebody stole my bike even though I had a bike lock on it... Guess I should have spent the extra $7 for the deluxe one with the thicker chain. Dangit.

although i'd have voted for that last guy, if i didn't have to sign in to do it. i like someone who takes responsibility.

I like the evolution (EVIL-UTION) of this site. Tea Partiers and light conservatives. The occasional left-wing blogger => site crashes => the internet.
