I had all the early "SCUMM" games from LucasArts. Maniac Mansion, Zak McKracken, LOOM, Indiana Jones ... all for the Amiga.
I recently got a copy of the Sam & Max game for the Mac. Now I need time to play it. _________________ 88 NPH |

Sam and Max!!! I loved that game!
That really sucks, Spanky. =/ Even with the cd, it took some work to get it to play. My boyfriend knows everything, I just sat there and gawked while he downloaded shit to make it work. This is why I <3 dorks. x3
Yorick - I was just playing Maniac Mansion on my NES the other day. That game is rediculous. I have yet to find the combination for the safe in the room above the mother's bedroom. =/ _________________ Live to laugh. |

I'm pretty damned psyched about the KQ series. _________________ "Go then, there are other worlds than these."

I ended up just sitting around typing any euphimisms for "hard cock" into the word box.
I think "grow dick" was one of them. "strong wee wee" was another... I don't have a clue why I wanted larry's dick to be hard when he's just going up and down stairs, on hind sight. |
you act like something has changed? sorry, had to go for the low blow _________________

If I recall, you don't need to download anything new to get King's Quest VII to work on most computers. All you need to do is copy a certain file off of the CD, rename it, have the shortcut target that, and make sure it loads in 256 color mode. Nothing new needed really.
I just did this a couple of weeks ago, so it's pretty fresh in my mind. _________________ "What we believe to be the truth is only the truth because we believe it to be." |

| I think Grim Fandango marks the end of adventure gaming. Incredible game. Although I hear Sam and Max is coming back... |
