Just curious : Old Europe isn't lacking of far-right politicians too. Whatever the country, they're back in fashion sadly. So why turn to the other side of the pond while there is so much work to be done here?. |
But ours aren't as funny. _________________

Just watched a lovely explanation by beck explaining that "they" are intentionally lying about the real number (now up to 800,000!) because if word ever got out about how many people showed up, the nation would explode in instant revolution, and the smithsonian has already been asking for memorabilia of this historic event so that generations to come may bear witness.
In related news, if you've just been watching beck/palin marches on washington, don't read historical novels about people laughing at the beer hall putsch before you go to bed. try warm milk instead. _________________ All our final decisions are made in a state of mind that is not going to last. - Marky Mark Proust |

I wonder how many Beck supporters considered the inverse - whether Beck had anything to gain from overestimating attendance. I mean, one really has to question who had the greater motivation... but then one is generally just saddened by the whole thing. _________________ "Worse comes to worst, my people come first, but my tribe lives on every country on earth. | what saddens me is that, like chronic pain reinforcing pathways and converting pain to itch, beck and his followers strive for victimhood which becomes at once their reason, justification and vindication. |

If 800,000 is enough to spark a revolution, than 1.6 is enough for judgement day. To your shelters everyone. |

I'm sure they'll enjoy fighting the other 308.400.000 Americans out there. _________________ attitude of a street punk, only cutting selected words out of context to get onself excuse to let one's dirty mouth loose |

This has CBS' methodology, and the end of the article links to apparently ~400 photos of the crowd: http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-20015214-503544.html _________________ “Yields falsehood when preceded by its quotation”
