ok - 800,000 for the inauguration, 87,000 for beck - so even if his wet-dream of 500,000 showed, it was less than the inauguration, and reality-based statistics estimate approximately 1/10 of the inauguration.

I thought that too, but actually it's Special Operations, which is all activity that falls under the United States Special Operations Command, including Urgent Fury (Grenada), Just Cause (Panama), Desert Storm (Kuwait and Iraq), Restore Hope (Somalia), Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
It's not nearly as limited as I thought.
And Mouse, they've provided scholarships to more than 800 children so far, although only ~160 have graduated (whether that ~640 haven't graduated due to ongoing education or dropping out is unclear).
