um? is that wrong?

If you try to kill me but inadvertently end up saving some kittens instead, does that make you a good person?

Possible responses include:

"Define try."

"So if I try to save you but inadvertently end up killing some kittens instead, does that make me a bad person?"

"It makes you a clumsy person."

*shrug*

I don't see anything wrong with judging people for the reasons they do things rather than the net effect.

If you aren't part of the choir it doesn't matter what the preacher preaches.

All you do is sit and watch.

It always kinda boggles my mind when people try to engage Thy in conversation.

Yes, judge a person by what they say and not for what they do.

It is the American way.

Because apparently being charitable and being insane are mutually exclusive now.

Not to mention that if part of what they do is to attempt to rewrite history (and blame liberals) while trampling various constitutional rights in the name of said history (this country is founded on Christianity, after all, so mixing church and state is okay!) it's totally rational for people who disagree with them to point out why they do, and why they think their criticism is fair (or to call them crazy on the internet for shorthand). So, yes, you can be a good person who does bad things, or a bad person who does good things, and it's still okay to call you out for the bad things you do either way.

My church has probably been in more movies than yours.
