No, instead you should all be watching Treme. And watch The Wire again. _________________ attitude of a street punk, only cutting selected words out of context to get onself excuse to let one's dirty mouth loose |

Well they hit on Mad Men, and I guess they enjoyed the taste of success _________________ "I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration." ~Frank Herbert, Dune |

Again, if you're not petrified at "illegal" downloading websites, you can download the episode here.

Watched it just now and ... yeah, it's good. If we're judging it on purely modern zombie installments, Dawn of the Dead is out. Zombieland is out. Got a good story so far and looks like they're not afraid to shake it up a little.
So yeah, I'm looking forward to the next one. |

I loved the pacing of this show, they took their time and made every moment worth it.
I literally smiled when they hit the police shower, because I could feel their joy.
their joy at the small things in life flowed out of the tv, and made me smile.
then I felt sadness again once they kept moving.
watch the show and tell me you didn't feel anything watching it, and I'll tell you your heart is made of stone. |

I'm just wondering how long he spent in that hospital wing. Six months at least, right? I doubt the world is overtaken by a zombie virus in three months or less, not to mention it's already looking a little post-apocalyptic. Too soon, maybe?
Hang on, rewatching the episode, in the sheriff's department, the other guy said the gas line's been down for (maybe, in his words) a month? So he was couped in the hospital for a month, at the very least. But it's been much, much longer than that. I'm putting my money on six plus. Less and the story becomes ... well, as unrealistic a show with a zombie outbreak, but even more so. |

the world wasn't that apocalyptic when he got out of the hospital, I mean, sure, a few odd ruined spots here and there, but the fields of dead people seems perfectly plausible.
well, plausible in the fact that it's the ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE.
Also, I feel bad for the horse. |
