Look! A cure!

This will fix it unless you are actually allergic to milk. This is the enzyme you are missing that digests the milk for you. Take a couple pills before eating the milk product and no more gas, bloating, or diarrhea. You may have to take more if you are particularly lactose intolerant but it works.

I only get gas and mild bloating so I dunno if I'm truly lactose "intolerant". Like there's no KKK against lactose in my body. It's more like my stomach just gives milk and milk products dirty looks as they pass through.

It means your stomach doesn't feel like digesting all of it. Those pills fix the problem by adding the enzyme you don't have. Go buy some and try it out (off brand works just fine though I find I have to take a bit more of it).

When I was born i was lactose-intolerant, and i couldn't have soy milk, and then i manned the fuck up and drank milk anyway. True story.
