dude, you don't need anything else.
Also if you have a already have gmail account you won't even have to do anything else.

I'm not on this service, but I keep seeing 'circle this' and 'circle that' and every time the one thing that comes to mind is that Soul Coughing song.
'cos I'm just that way. Sometimes I remember the Cartoon Network music video, too.

The thing that's bugging me the most is Google+ is touted to be more than just "the new facebook", but they've still got some major issues, especially when it comes to cross account management. Like if I log into google directly, I'm all good. But if I log into Youtube, I don't log into Blogger but I log into my Gmail and Google labs. If I log into Gmail, I don't log into youtube but I log into Blogger, etc.

I can understand that feeling. Personally, I like carrying on conversations with different groups of friends without overlap. The interests of my friends from my hometown and my friends from college seldom overlap. Plus I can more easily placate-while-avoiding my family.
