Of course, the real result of that search wouldn't be so ego pleasing for her: http://www.google.com/search?q=%27nique

I don't bother Googling myself (shut up) anymore; my real name is so common, there's always pages & pages of other guys who aren't me. Whatever; anonymity has its benefits.

Ah, a 'Nique strip within a few days of a Gun Girl strip. Their second meeting may approacheth. Wherein 'Nique may confront the ethical question of whether or not Gun Girl, despite having adapted quite well, should be de-BOMFed back to Loves-Ponies-and-Jesus Girl, the person she was prior to her involuntary BOMFment by the Devil.* Or 'Nique may not do that at all.

Wonder if Gun Girl still likes to "ogle hot chicks"...

===

*in contrast, we have no idea whether or not Fuchsia or Baby Blue voluntarily became Devil Girls...or, indeed, whether or not they've ever not been Devil Girls at all; if it was that easy for Fuchsia to just stop being a Devil Girl, wouldn't she have asked Jesus to de-BOMF her, as Jesus has already done at least twice? who knows, if she managed to stay away from the Devil for, I dunno, an hour or more after de-BOMFment, it might stick

What about Expand My World 6 where Crim stops Fyoosh from toasting Seymour by reminding her "But you weren't always a Devil Girl?" It might not be conclusive evidence, but it's a fairly strong indicator that Fuschia--and presumably Baby Blue, as well--were once normal ladies much akin to Tangy, no? Whether or not they chose to work for the Devil, though, is still an open question, I think.

(Yes, tremble, Kibate; there are two of us who have too much time on our hands and who enjoy over-analyzing this strip! MWAHAHAHAHAHAhahahaha!!)

The fact that Crim thinks that doesn't necessarily mean it's true. Even Crim's not perfect. I mean, I'm presuming. Wink Crim may, like ourselves, know that some Devil People were originally "normal human people," and he may thus have presumed that such is the case with all Devil People.

We frequently come back to the question of what the characters do and don't know about each other.

In direct contrast, the "you weren't always" line could have just been a tactic on Crim's part. Made her stop and think, didn't it?

As interesting as some of us find this topic, the fact that Tat has such an excellent opportunity to clear up such points in a storyline that directly relates to them, yet is thus far not doing so, indicates that these details aren't particularly important to him. Oh well. His strip, his rules. Fun to speculate sometimes.

Veering off, maybe the fact that no one has outright asked Jesus to de-BOMF anyone simply means that everyone in the neighborhood knows that Jesus doesn't do requests. Insert real-world religious parallels here.

Anyway, today's strip isn't even about any Devil People, so I may as well drop the subject for now.

I am disappointed by the lack of rule 34 on the laggy paheal site.

99 comics of little slick doing crotch thrusts and not one image of him finally getting it on with 'nique. I guess art does reflect "reality" after all.

.... Wait, so are you implying people should get to work on drawing [more] rule 34 or... what?

Rule 34 imagery does not get drawn. It gets discovered. When you thought you were Googling for something innocuous and innocent, and forgot to turn Safe Search on. ...with your boss watching your screen over your shoulder.

I think that might be an Internet Rule of its own, in fact.
