I'm pretty sure my comics guy was trying to sell it to me earlier, though maybe he was talking about Ben Templesmith's Wormwood, 'cos I got vol 1 of that too. _________________

I kinda want to check out Memorial. It looked cool. _________________ Before God created Las he pondered on all the aspects a woman might have, he considered which ones would look good super-inflated and which ones to leave alone.

I'm catching up on comics!! I have sooooo many of my back issues gathered now. Exciting!
I did just read a 100 page SPECTACULAR of Star Trek. I guess it is an end of year thing. I have been picking up the Star Trek comic series out of some loyalty and some because of a big crossover where the Star Trek part was cool. Anyway, this 100 page spectacular is pretty awesome. I recommend it. _________________ Before God created Las he pondered on all the aspects a woman might have, he considered which ones would look good super-inflated and which ones to leave alone.

Is it the new one with the Mirror Spock on the cover? Reprints of old DC stories?
I have read several of the reboot-movie Trek comics, they are good. _________________ 88 NPH |

I actually didn't enjoy Wormwood that much. Templesmith's art is fucking amazing, but the writing was just a bit unedited, or something. He maybe could have done with someone reigning him in a bit more.
Been reading the new Brian Wood Conan and it's fucking great! I've only read bits and pieces of Conan over the years, but I'm really enjoying this. |
