Nevermind by Nirvana is twenty years old this month.
Twenty years old.
Two fucking decades.
That is fucking disgusting. How dare time do that to me?
Nirvana - Lithium
Fuck nostalgia. Nostalgia won't suck my belly in, or reverse these crows feet. Or give me hope for the future.
Loud music and booze, however ... they'll certainly help. _________________

That was actually uncannily fucking accurate, I listened to that song all the time back when you were a babe. That and The Prodigy - Out Of Space back when they were known as The Prodigy rather than simply Prodigy.
Also I genuinely and no wait guys come back you need to know this this is important it really is no come back guys I used to totally drag myself around my room to the chick from 2Unlimited. _________________

I picked it because I knew you'd know it. (though I didn't know you greased your elbow to the chick, thanks for the information.)
To be honest that song makes me feel old too, it stuck around quite long over here and I remember hearing that shit when I was 9 or 10 or something. (yeah it stuck around for like 6 years, it's a classic is what it is) _________________

Iron Butterfly's "Inna Gadda da Vida", the full-length version. If you know it, you can officially join me on my front porch to shake our walking canes at those durn' kids and holler at 'em to "Get offa th' lawn!" _________________ I am only a somewhat arbitrary sequence of raised and lowered voltages to which your mind insists upon assigning meaning |

Never heard it before. Chris said he has heard it but only as a remixed DDR song.
Old hmm... well, in the actual early '90s I was still only listening to Christian Music so Baby, Baby by Amy Grant. _________________ Before God created Las he pondered on all the aspects a woman might have, he considered which ones would look good super-inflated and which ones to leave alone.

"Amy Grant" by the Young Fresh Fellows.
This is what we were listening to in Seattle before grunge. |

Cool by me; we can take my truck! I think I can get just about all of my tools in it, and the few toolboxes that won't fit inside can ride on top. But, umm... where are we gonna put my cat?
Oh! And, gotta have my books. ...and my music... Uh, Pony? Got a rental van available? Like, maybe, a twenty-four-footer? _________________ I am only a somewhat arbitrary sequence of raised and lowered voltages to which your mind insists upon assigning meaning |
