Oh, he's not very big, but he does manage to take up a lot of space. For example, he can take up the entire bed, particularly on cold, wintry nights. Typical cat, really. _________________ I am only a somewhat arbitrary sequence of raised and lowered voltages to which your mind insists upon assigning meaning |

Mmmm...hmmmm, my suspicions were aroused when you thought of your cat and immediately thought of needing a bigger truck. |

Ah. No, see, the 24-foot moving van would be for my books. Moving day is hell around just about any member of my family. _________________ I am only a somewhat arbitrary sequence of raised and lowered voltages to which your mind insists upon assigning meaning |

I have a weakness for books myself. I've even had happy dreams about libraries. I've spent way more I should have this year on used books and a few new ones. I've got this big heavy oversized paperback labeled Ghosts: True Encounters With The World Beyond that I bought Tuesday lying on my bed right now. I know it's full of bullshit, but it's still interesting reading material. |

Ah, yes; there's just something about that nice, crisp, dry, papery feel of the pages as they turn with a soft, quiet "th-whip" and the dusty, old aroma arising from the leafs of the book bound in good leather...

"Interesting" as in "amusing," or actually well-written and thought-provoking b.s.? _________________ I am only a somewhat arbitrary sequence of raised and lowered voltages to which your mind insists upon assigning meaning |

I surmise bitflipper will never own a kindle. Only reads real books, has a giant purse to carry them around in, etc _________________ 88 NPH |
