Off-topic, when Tat gives a character a puppet, does that make he/she a major character or does it not really matter?

IIRC God's never created a puppet of any mortal/devil who didn't end up being a major character (at least as major as Glossie here).
Except for the characters God made up: Artist, Emo, Uberboy, etc., none of whom are ever used any more.
ADDENDUM:
Is it significant that God never speaks directly to the characters any more? Or rather, since God almost never spoke first (except as a puppet), is it significant that the characters never speak to God any more? |

No, the I's still in it. "Girrl."
Except for having a nose, she looks more like her own puppet than most characters do.
Notice that she hasn't befuddled God, just the puppet character. When God speaks, it's in the archaic font.
