I'm pretty open to things. I've got an interesting collection of (non-perishable) gifts I've received from 'Festers. I need for very little. As for what interests me . . . puzzles and games are always exciting (and can turn into massive time-sucks).
As for my santee, I hope you like what was dropped off at the post office this morning. It's silly, but this is Sinfest. _________________ The universe we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil, no good, nothing but blind, pitiless indifference.

I ordered both items for my Santee, one of which is shipping direct. Apologies for the lack of wrapping on that one, but the other part may take its sweet time getting here and I wanted at least one item to get there by Christmas.
I also got mine in the mail today! Thanks, Secret Santa, for the (very well packed) assortment of gifts. I've only opened the two smallest; the rest are going under the tree to be opened xmas day. |

Now with picture: the first two things I opened were a small thingy to peer through which distorts an object in a kaleidoscoping geometric fashion, and "chocolates that look delicious that are from a specific city which may or may not tell me who my secret santa was assuming that this was a regional thing."
The picture is of the chocolates, taken through the optical distortion thingy.

Wait is it meant to remain secret even once you open it? D'oh!
At last minute I decided to sign the greeting card...I looked at it and felt impersonal without at signature.
Anyways I sent off the package as well. I am always paranoid I wrote the address wrong. And that some kid in Pakistan will get it instead of the actual person it's meant for. Hope he likes it. _________________ Tsosm! Dog and travel. Technology and fashion. |

| As soon as GeekBoy gets back from the hardware store (our kitchen may be reassembled but he seems to think we need weird things like 'toekicks') I'll be heading to the post office to mail the present for my Santee. My humblest apologies for the delay. |

I've sent mine...but either
a) the post office track & trace doesn't work
b)it's stuf in the post office for 3 days
I'll have to check...I am very paranoid. _________________ Tsosm! Dog and travel. Technology and fashion. |

Sorry Santee, perhaps a lovely little cheery present in early Jan will pick you up!?
The gift I ordered arrived relatively recently but fuck Post Office queues. Soon, my Santee, soon! _________________

So, I got two cool things from Amazon for the holidays. Mz. Love got me a Kindle Fire, which I'm loving.
Last Thursday, a package arrived from my Secret Santa. I've always loved the mech warriors, so this is really cool!
Due to the packing slip, the identity was revealed. That's OK, though. Now I know to be on the lookout for another package. _________________ The universe we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil, no good, nothing but blind, pitiless indifference.

| Glad it got there! Your second package should go out next week; the item is coming in next week Monday, but I'll be out of town until Thursday. |
