I had a cake dessert at the Mediterranean in Boulder with Sam and my mom. It was chocolate, but not made with wheat flour. They'd made it with almond flour. It was filled with hot fudge. It had caramel drizzled over it and amazing vanilla icecream with the caramel on it too. It was... indescribably delicious. _________________ A person's character is their destiny. |

Shameful. *shakes head*
y'know, if anyone's interested, I can post my famous recipe for 'blank canvas' cheesecake, named so cause it can take on so many variations. _________________ WARNING: Microwave musclebear detection devices in use on these premises!

First of all, an ellipse (...) has no more and no less than three spaced dots, and the strict restrict its usage to signify an omission. Of course, you can also use it to signify a pause, thought left unfinished or to signify trailing off into science. Unfortunately, ellipses have become more widely used as punctuation for any kind of pause longer than a comma, while the semi-colon and colon is marginalized, similar to what has happened with the dash (which is actually replaced most of the time with a hyphen).
To come back onto target, excessive use of ellipses makes you look like a mong. The same goes for lack of capitalization (you're not ee cummings) and not ending your sentences with fitting punctuation. So please try and make yourself sound more intelligent. |
