That last one is actually cute. I can see Kara getting a kick out of it. Other than that, they've made Pooh into an idiot instead of the wise fool. _________________ A person's character is their destiny. |

This is like when they re-did the X-men series after the movies came out, and all the kids used that as more of a basis of canon than anything else. Now there'll be all these kids using these comics as reference, instead of the old-school books and movies of awesomeness.
I agree with MsFrisby. Pooh has become far more stupider than before. Or, have I just grown up and don't find the stupidity as funny, just more stupid? _________________ Knowledge is Power.

no - he's just more stupid. he's been turned into the standard stereotype stupid sidekick, without any of the wonder at the world or overriding good nature he had in the books. _________________ aka: neverscared! |

No, the show they started on Cartoon Network called X-Men Evolution or whatever. I could only watch half an episode before turning it off. _________________ Knowledge is Power.

it's not drawn by e.h. shepard. and it's not written by a.a. milne.
it's not _anything_ like the work those two produced (except it uses the names).
WHY IS THIS ALLOWED TO GO ON???? WHY MUST THE FRIENDS OF MY CHILDHOOD BE INSULTED AND ABUSED IN THIS FASHION?
i'm calling for a complete boycott of disney. |
In their defense, the animated versions at least say "based upon"
This however is pure and utter bullshit
THERE ARE NO MOTHERFUCKING SIDEWALKS IN THE 100-ACRE WOOD!!!!!!
The heffalump movie, that was ok. Actually I liked it. It kept with the innocent spirit that makes Winnie the Pooh so loved. These comics though,
pure heresy. _________________

This concerns the foundations of our childhoods! Well, part of the foundations, anyway. It must be addressed. _________________ Knowledge is Power.
