Honestly, I don't think I even care about whether or not he's going to go back to trying to be evil. I'm more concerned with the fact that his sweater is back. You do not understand the immense feelings I have for that sweater. That sweater and dress-shirt combination. And I think it's obvious since he's always been wearing that sweater I adore so much in the animated pixel line-up that occupies my signature.
I'm so happy. :')
No, but. Yeah. Li'l E petting his three-headed puppy while trying to look a little menacing is super cute. Because if one thing is true, even when he was supposedly evil, with all his memories, he has always genuinely cared for that little pup. It's. Really adorable.

Whoa, relax, people. Lil' E is still just trying to figure out who he used to be; this is self-discovery, nothing more.
Anyhow, I can imagine some addendum to Step 1 discouraging certain "small animals" as being ill-suited for menacing stroking, such as hermit crabs or goldfish.
