Samsally; your current sheet needs two Traits, and your ability scores can be gotten with only a 14-point buy, so you should just need to pick two Traits and increase your ability scores a bit further. With the points you have left, you could increase a few different ways. I suggest increasing INT and either STR or CHA.

Just list them on your sheet alongside your feats, preferably with a "T: " or "(Trait) " or something prefix so we can tell them apart.

Okay! And what about this list of "Elven Traits" I found. Does that mean I can pick from them as well, or are those something I get just for being elven?

If you're looking at the basic race information, the "Standard Racial Traits" you get just for being elven, and if you want you can replace some of them with those from "Alternate Racial Traits" further down. See "this trait replaces ______". You can only replace a standard racial trait once, so if two alternate traits have overlapping replacements, you can't choose both of them.

If you're looking at Race Traits, one of your two custom traits can come from that list, if your race matches the trait's race. Or, if you choose "Adopted" as one of your traits, you can choose a trait from the race that raised you (so, for instance, an elf raised in the desert by a half-orc druid hermit can choose a half-orc Race trait such as Legacy of Sand)
