To be fair to Sam, all those things do take quite a bit of time to stop. He just worded himself wrong.

Well, she never said "looking." She just said "the pornography." Not specifying what about the pornography, just "the pornography." For all we know, she might have meant "the burning of", but, based on what we've seen, that's probably not the case. Based, on what we have seen, though, I think US is doing more than just "looking".
....Why would anyone just "look" anyways? Well, US might, if he's on censorship duty and means to get rid of anything that "looks" pornographic... but who else just "looks" at porn?
