Kind of a misleading term. I mean, "violent deepthroat" has got to be the most self-centered sounding porn. I appreciate that people might get aroused by things they'd never do... but I can't imagine getting off to the sights and sounds of a woman literally choking on a dick. EW! Okay, I wasn't thinking of it like that...  I think I was thinking of something like aggressive oral sex or the like (still not my thing). (It's still technically vanilla, whether or not it's a good idea. Heck, I suppose barebacking is vanilla, though it's seriously frowned upon...)
