I was disappointed by this strip. Too preachy and a little hackneyed, it's like one of those stories where there's a great build up and then the last line:
"And then he woke up and everything was fine."

It's a shaggy dog story with a pig.

Ooh!! Seeing the strip, I thought we'd probably be on page 14 with the trollers trolling, the others rolling and a lot of parallel shit happening. Basically the usual. So was kinda surprised shit hasn't blown up on the forums yet!!

The day is - however - yet young!

I somehow love his dialogueless comics! They "speak" so much more to me. And the message I get is not that we should really look at what society thinks is taboo, but more from the point of view that porn gives a fantasy view of sex and a very one sided ( My needs are the only concern) view and also set some ridiculous standards in terms of umm.. body ( and parts) sizes!! So it makes it less likely for a person to participate in wholesome sex. I don't know. But that's my take on the view of those against porn.

While I do like ( and generally agree) with Tat's views on feminism, I realised after seeing the "Blade comic somebody posted that I miss the slapstick comedy too!! "I'll call him Blade" made me laugh out loud in office! I remember some of the other strips of his ( The one where Presidential Candidate Slick is asked if he's religious and he says "When something good happens, I say Halleluyah". Seymour says he's leaving and both Squig and Slick say "Halleluyah"! While irreverent, it does bring a laugh up. ( Which reminds me of the laughgasms Resistance post!!). Now you'll know why I call myself Fanboy.

In case you're listening out there, Do please do the funnies too Tat!! We love that side of you as well.

If regular women would not be bombarded with mindless propaganda such as this maybe porn would not "hurt" so much.
You see unlike what someone told you when most of you took up the cause of feminism to "fight the evil women mongers" and "raise the fist towards the women hating establishment", men are regular people such as yourselves, they have their own problems, similar to your problems and so on. Some of these problems involve sexual cravings. Like for you craving for the other sex comes from their natural parts and not their consciousness, that's why they seem to be so "evil" and this is also a reason why feminists in general are treated like looneys.
Maybe the biggest evidence to this are the men in this community that have have a boner for feminists and spend time in here trying to bring you guys back to the real world.
So in conclusion you feminists should lighten up a little, get out and get laid more often. After that things will seem so much nicer, guaranteed.
