On a minor point, notice that Minique seems pretty unfazed by having a Devil Teen(?) walk up and talk to her. Sure, she doesn't like what he's saying, but she's not all "Eek! A horrid hellspawn person!" or anything like that. It's the first new devil/mortal interaction we've seen in a while. I wonder if she'd have been equally unfazed by a zombie or some other Sinfest non-human entity.

Always glad to see Tat's oh-so-expressive eyes art.

I don't think devil people are in the majority but there are definitely more of them than there used to be.

My point, such as it was, is that it doesn't bother her to be approached by a Devil Person. Although Devil People are subject to discrimination in Sinfest City (in the form of signs and policies re buses and water fountains), this particular mortal seems to be okay with them. A, as noted, minor point.

The human to non-human ratio in this picture is quite low:

I count 27 sentient creatures in this picture.

Of them, I count 7 full blooded humans (not counting Lady Liberty, Uncle Sam, or Buddha(who I would argue are more of aspects or spirit-entities than humans)).

There are 7 demon people, counting Li'l E and Pebbles.

The Devil himself is absent, and he would push things over to the demon side.
You can cut up that picture however you want (counting half humans as humans or whatever), but the humans are certainly not the majority when counting them against non-humans. Demons are quite numerous. We can only guess how many are inside "The Hellhole," but just the ones outside equal the full blooded humans (unless you want to discount Li'l E, but --while he is half devil-- I don't think he is half human.)
