Yep apparently they broke them from the shackles of dating because its demeaning towards women to be in a relationship with men other then friends. |

I'm kinda glad that they seem to be just friends. It's kind of nice.
But more importantly, I like Colbat's shocked face. I'unno, it seems so... emotional. She seems almost kind of relieved that such a place exists.
Also, yay. Pink haired sisterhood member showed up again. I'm glad. <3

I really liked this comic too!! I loved the way Lil'e's fear was shown. Loved the look on the umm... dancer's face when she sees the friends zone. I interpret Criminy and Fyoosh being there not as their not going any further, but that this is their time with each other as friends.  And of course the angles of the images of the sisterhood are all in true hero entry style ( Like the slow motion walk in Armageddon etc.). LOVE such buildups. Squeee

I'm not sure the criteria for entering is whether you're a normal ( if such a term can apply to any sinfestian person) or bedevilled. I think the criteria would be the intent with which you enter! So if she's looking for true friendship, maybe she can get in too!!

Or maybe he was just not interested in a romantic relationship. He cares about her, obviously, but at the same time he's not obligated to love her just because she loves him. And just because they're hanging out in the friendzone does not automatically mean they're not in a romantic relationship. Maybe they are dating, but you know, also see each other as FRIENDS too, maybe they're friends with benefits where the only benefits are hand-holding and sometimes kissing. Maybe they agreed that neither of them are actually READY to be in a relationship with each other just yet. This strip does not really confirm nor deny any of this things.
It's not demeaning for women to be in any relationship other than friends with men - what is demeaning is the implications that just because someone loves you means that you are obligated to love them back and be in a relationship with them. Because, you know. That's a really fucking shitty thing to imply.

If Pebbles, Fuchsia, and Li'l E can all be in the friendzone then so can Miss Lazuli. I don't see the problem here.
