Personally I wouldn't say vindictive as much as more of the ultimate troll. Good-natured, but he just loves messing with people for their reactions. (or maybe a bigger purpose?)
Still would be funny if it was Granny...Next time Big D is arguing with God we get a "Pay not attention to the Granny behind the curtain!" Except, unlike Oz, she'd still be a badass. =P

In our world, though, there are certain coffeeshop chains that have more than one franchise within a few blocks of one another; sometimes on the same block, or across the street. It's not unthinkable that the same "logic" (for lack of a better term) would apply to strip clubs.

Like I said, I suspect that she is the Crone aspect of the Triple Goddess. But even if she isn't she seems to have a connection with the Trike Girls. One page has her handing Glossy an envelope, another has her knitting her a banner, so she'd have them for backup as well as her own rather formidable skills.
