He's the one who zapped her and left her to her own devices in the first place. All according to plan, no doubt...
For all we know, he zapped her for the express purpose of her eventually becoming an influence on Li'l E. |

It was the combined effort of Slick, 'Nique, Jesus, Buddha,Seymour,..that made Pebbles like she is now. I don't think D predicted that. |

That's true, Pebbles is a good character for this kind of things. Her worldview is unique.
I think that Pebbles' answer goes for most people, we all get a little worn and dirty just by living.
