Maybe in both cases metabolism plays a part. I know fat people, including myself who are a lot heavier than they should be for the amount of food they eat. Not that I'd be skinny if I had a normal metabolism, I'd still be overweight but only slightly. Likewise I know a lot of thin people who eat like crazy. _________________ I aim to misbehave |

We had Squgley at the booth, I wonder how Kcils would fare in a discussion with Curly.
We could get a callbck to the first strip. Kcils could stand in front of the boot and then with a "what the hell" sit down...
As for metabolism, I am a bit jealous of naturally slim people. Luckily being a bit overweight is nothing that a little bit of exercise can't fix.  _________________ So remember, when you're feeling very small and insecure;

The "what about the mens??" argument glosses a number of gender differences. The fact is, women don't rate men in the same way. For example, I've never seen a woman attach a number to a man's body. | I've seen it more than once. |

It doesn't matter if he/she is an unreliable source -- he/she is still a sample size of one. Hopefully no one is foolish enough to believe that their personal experiences are representative of the entire world, or even their country. |

Here we go again, and I was just thinking, oh it's peaceful on the forums this morning, none of the usual threads seem to be fighting with each other |

There are plenty of skinny people who are healthy enough. You're not a doctor so don't pretend to be so you can judge others. _________________ Sinfest Comments Bingo because we like Schadenfreude~ |

Too depressed. Too desperate. Too confused. Too weak.
Too shy. Too insecure. Too boring. Too unfun.
This is female judgement.
This is the judgement that has sent teenage boys to volunteer and die in World War I to avoid the "feathers of shame" given to them by pretty girls.
Oh, wait, I forgot. In Sinfest radfem universe female judgement does not exist. I should go back to feeling guilty now. |

It depends on how skinny though. There are people with fast metabolisms sure who are naturally slim but then theres the size zero girls. You can't tell me THAT is healthy or natural. |

None of those are even remotely female-exclusive.
It's not just females who make such personality trait-based judgments. And no one is obligated to find any of those traits to be appealing in the least. _________________

| I happen to find 'Too shy' adorable as mentioned previously but of course too shy is not compatible with 'bolshy loudmouth' like me so I have trouble attracting that sort and can only admire them from afar (or on shoujo anime) |

Boo hoo hooo
BOOOO HOOO HOOOOO
Women judge me based on my personality and who I am.
Yeah I'd expect a huge chunk of the fuckwads who came rolling in here whining about the feminism arc might have a problem with being judged on the strength of their character rather than the strength of their biceps. _________________

I'm sorry, but I think it's a bit unfair for you to say, "I've never seen a woman attach a number to a man's body," and then dismiss someone else who says, "I've seen it more than once". You're only a sample size of one too. |

Do you REALLY need or want another argument over this? History shows that the "But the menfolks tooo!!!" crowd doesn't come out of it well. _________________

Yes, it usually does, because they are usually wrong. That doesn't mean that everything said in opposition to them is right. One can make a bad argument in support of something that is true and people can call you out on it. |
