Also, the Boggle dice spelling LIVE in the last panel is a nice touch.

Just because the strip comes after the last one where they were awake doesn't mean that time hasn't passed BETWEEN the strips. He could have been 'trying again' for hours in which time they got bored and fell asleep. It happens all the time in tv shows and the like. |

I think he was referring to the fact that they're awake in panel one and then suddenly asleep in the time it took to give us a closeup of 2012's face. |

I love this page! The sad resignation of MMXII, the heroic, if misplaced (after all if the Old Year doesn't die how can there ba a New Year?) intervention of Tangy and Lily, the peaceful obkliviousness of Fuyoosh and Criminy, thisa is one of the top ones.
