Hang on, time out on the Time's Up titles, would you? You should probably save those for where they're relevant.

In other news, not sure how this will go. Fyoosh is trying to move away from devility, while Pebbles still thinks evil is a toy.

It IS the title of the strip.

PROTIP: Click "Previous" then "Next" to see the actual title of a strip.

Fyoosh is kind of done with trying to stop being a devil person, her real issue was wishing that she was normal so that she could feel like she fit in with Crim and his friends as well as becoming a better person. She's achieved being a better person, as she's gained empathy and is generally an all-around genuine sweetie pie. She feels more welcomed by Crim's peers, and seems to in general be more comfortable with herself. So I think that she's good.

And Pebbles does not think that evil is a toy, she thinks that the powers she gained as a results of becoming a devil person is a toy. Kind of a difference there...

Pre-Lily Pebbles could be considered the whole ''treating evil as a toy'' thing, but ever since moving in with him the last ''evil'' thing she did was, what, stealing freebies Very Happy?

Even before she became best friends with Li'l E she wasn't really treating evil as a toy. Again, it was a mixture of her naivete and using her devil powers as a toy. Not using evil as a toy. Evil isn't really a thing that you can really use as a toy, anyways. It's intangible. It's a concept. She was not acting out of malice, or with the intent of being evil. She was simply doing what she thought was fun, without realizing that there it might not be right or that someone could get hurt. Taking things you want is something children frequently do - it's not because they're evil or anything. It's just because they usually don't realize that it's something wrong.

I'm uncomfortably reminded of times when I read on the bus and some drunken half-wit starts talking to me. Not sure why this comic gives me that feeling.

Or just mouse over the comic to read the alt text. That's what I do.

Oh I see it now, Tatsuya wants to make the end of the year comic a Sunday strip! I guess December 30 being Sunday did not help that plan at all.

I feel you Ronald, I feel ya.

I wonder if Peebz will demonstrate the Bomf on Crim. Fyoosh showed her a Vomf and I have a feeling Peebz is going to want to demonstrate the actual skill...

Well... I know I'm not alone on this, but lots of people have issues adjusting to the new year. Things get dated for 2012 and what not. I think the final strip in the mini arc is going to be related to the time delay people experience adjusting to the new year.

i strongly suspect that the strip title means the final showdown between death and mmxii will take place under crim's tree, and will somehow involve pebble's new knowledge of 'vomf'.
