But like, you can't go wrong with bananas and chocolate.

Shall take your word for it. Does it have to be brownie, though? Can't it be just banana with chocolate bath? Because the chocolate bath is the one optional addition that you can find here. It has an extra cost, though.

Why are you even asking if you're not going to try it anyway?

Yo, I can't try the brownie one, but you said it was a winning combo, so I'll have it in mind. I'm always try combinations of the same 4 flavours anyway so I can add some variety.

Well, as previously stated. I don't think you can go wrong. Unless you're allergic or something, I guess that would constitute 'going wrong'.

Anyone who's allergic to chocolate must have been diabolically evil in a past life. What a horrid fate!

I think those fates are reserved to folks who kicked puppies and to evangelists, respectively.

If you want to try something interesting, eat chocolate and blue cheese.

If you're Dogen, I think you're the type of person who'd like chocolate covered garlic.

I have an interest in molecular gastronomy (fancy way for saying food science) and there's a person who made a reverse baked alaska by using a microwave to make it hot in the inside Very Happy

Also one thing about fried ice cream is that you can chill it in nitrogen for a bit, which helps keep it solid while it's in the oil.

https://www.foodpairing.com/en/how-to-use-it/how-to-combine/2236 Here's a cool website for professionals which analyses food using a mass spectrometer to come up with great new food combinations! Even if the concept of them is freaky!

If you look on the about page you can see that cucumber and bourbon whisky are closely linked, so why not hollow out parts of a cucumber to use for whisky shots?

(also my partner is allergic to chocolate, though he can eat some which doesn't have much chocolate in it, like he says with Mr Good bars (which I've never tried))

I'm a diabetic, vegetarian, atheist, dog lover. Sad

I remember seeing deep fried oreos and twinkies for sale.

A few years ago, I had a deep-fried Mars bar (like a Snickers without the peanuts) at the Red River Exhibition. Heavenly - and not just in the near-death-experience sort of way. I'm just glad my pancreas finally forgave me.

Have you ever had a lava cake? Seems like a deep fried candy bar would be like that.

One of my snacks once upon a time was a heavy calorie candy bar (can't recall what, but the bar came in two pieces. Not a lot cat though.) and some heavy cream. I also fried chicken dipped in sour cream.

Sad Now I am an adult and have to worry about saturaded fats. Blech.

Bananas and chocolate in a smoothie work well. And tere's the classic frozen banana on a stick.

Well, in your case, it's not likely to be karma so much as simply plain bad luck! Fate's only for those who believe in it; most people who've studied it in detail tend to agree that our universe is governed by chance.

All fantastic options. There's also the "fuck I don't have ice cream but I have all this hot fudge wait there's a banana" experience. Rather delicious, if a bit dodgy.

If you freeze a well ripened banana, then when you take it out and cover it with stuff like chocolate or melted peanut butter, it's like a type of ice cream. Certainly not the same, but cheaper and healthier. And I like having something to do with ripe bananas rather than making banana bread.
