i don't know....i am somewhat disturbed by the number of machines out there that emulate fried goodies without the frying. i mean, here is a very promising "onnastick" maker, but where are the oceans of grease? admittedly, the waffle pattern is appealing.....waffles are always good.

Weird food discussions are awesome. Smile

You could always fry it up afterwards. I'd imagine you could also use cheddarwursts instead of hot dogs to add some of the grease back in.

It's a mix of cornbread and a hot dog, so whatever those tase like to you. The batter closest to the dog is usually mushy, while the outide is more crisp. It's got sweet flavor from the honey in the batter, and meaty saltiness from the dog.

Update: Tonight I went and decided to try banana ice cream with chocolate bath. Cherry was my second flavour. It resulted a bit expensive, but SamSally speaks the truth. Good recommendation! It was indeed a winning combo.

someone gave that corndog maker a 1 star review for not making preposterously long corndogs but instead making shorter ones

1 star
for making tasty snacks
instead of enormous dog-hemoths

Mad

amazon reviewers are idiots
I mean, it even lists the product's dimensions, so how can that possibly be the post-purchase dealbreaker?

On the plus side, if you have an account, you can make comments on their review.
