So it's occurred to me that many of us have come to Sinfest at many various points in the comic, having from many different places.
This was the first Sinfest comic I ever read. It was posted on the www.mudcentral.com forums:
Maybe it has to do with this being my first comic, but I really love these non-sequitors _________________ ...if a single leaf holds the eye, it will be as if the remaining leaves were not there.

I didn't start reading when Sinfest started, but the first comic is the first one I read. I was a Satanist at the time, and someone thought I would find it funny. I did! _________________ ::lesser crisis mode::

uh
it was either whatever comic was on the front page when I first visited Sinfest, then maybe a couple comics back from that, and then the archives from the beginning, or maybe it was whichever comic the person who first showed me Sinfest decided to show me before that
and I'm not entirely sure about that, even, I'm just guessing based on my usual habit for getting into new webcomics _________________ butts |

I can't remember my first strip, but I remember the moment when I said to myself "gonna come here everyday" Mr. Tatsuya Hooked me with the Fuchsia + Criminy Arc. _________________ Be mellow

I'm not 100% sure it was my first, but the first I remember was posted by a fellow artist on our art forums. She is responsible probably for my and my wife's addiction to the comic thanks to this so...Yup.

Also, while browsing some archives just now, I found these...and am sharing them for no reason. We just need some more feels around here.
My wife and I are also a big fans of the Fuschia/Criminy comics as well. But really everything from 2004-05 on that are amazing in every way though. _________________

It was the Dig/Saving Private Fuchsia arc, I think. |

I got hooked on the fusch crim arc as well.
The first comic I read I was linked to from tvtropes (punch clock villain page)

This.
It was twelve years ago. I barely remember what I had for lunch yesterday. No, wait- I forget what I had for lunch yesterday. _________________ This toads the wet sprocket. |

I can positively date it to 2005 after June, because I distinctly remember the futility watch was there and never increased after I started reading, but, yeah, I couldn't possibly say precisely which one, as I went through the archives almost immediately and had a Sinfest messenger bag by that fall, which I still have and use all the time.
If I ever run into Tat, I'm definitely getting it signed, no matter how many geisha/ninja/matriarchy hos I have to pimp out to him. |

EDIT: I remember reading the comics a long time before I joined and it was before the religion 'wars' and the politics drama.

Hmm... The first Sinfest strip I had read was sometime in late 2009 or early 2010, it was the one where Slick fell into hell, to no one's surprise, but was able to get out because of the Get Out Of Hell Free card that Nique got him. I found it while browsing TVtropes and ... got curious, wondering what exactly the context was there... who was this cute blond boy in shades? Why did the devil want him in hell so badly? Ect. So I ended up reading the entirety of Sinfest so far in one night and accidentally ended up falling in love with the entire comic. _________________ Character Chart | Terminology Dictionary | Flashback Strips |
