Will justice finally be dealt to those heathen vegetable-throwing dudebros?

But more importantly, WAS IT ABBY WHO THREW THOSE FLOWERS?

Anyone who's trying to be clever, I know tomatoes are a fruit. Everyone knows that. Yes, I'm still sticking with that sentence.

The word "vegetable" is more fun to say than the word "fruit".

Tomatoes are berries, aren't they? I know peppers are.

I've read most berries (strawberries, raspberries, etc) are actually NOT berries, but aggregated drupes (whatever the hell THOSE are). Which is....not really related to anything today.

Anyway. Somehow, a tomato has gotten past Minique's veggie detector. Has she taken a day off?

Yes it's technically a berry. So are bananas, avocados, and watermelons, sort of. Because botany is like any other taxonomy and tries to impose rigid classification on a system that's moderately fluid.

I actually hate this conversation, because it doesn't really seem to serve a purpose. How many times in your life have you had the "a tomato is a fruit" conversation? It's clearly not important, because no one remembers the specifics, but we keep having it anyway.

Now let me tell you what I think about parking garages where you pay for time up front...

I stand by my previous justification.

"vedʒtəbl" is fonetically phascinating.

Is anyone else slightly worried that 'Nique's response to the tomato is going to go slightly too far?

I just hope that after striking back, she remembers that she got flowers too...

She turns to face the thrower, and it's still there (not falling off, and even more situated).

Either that's one sticky tomato, or 'Nique's using some serious hair product.

Throwing at someone whose back is turned is the most uncoolest move. As a thrower who has done this, I should know.

Unless it's a snowball, then it's hilarious (If part of a large snowball fight)

Maybe she came inside to throw flowers?

I have to wonder how discriminating Demonique is, or if the flower-thrower is also about to get a world of hurt. =/.

I have a shiny penny that says Demonique has an excellent, admirable policy when it comes to avoiding discrimination. As in, any potential revenge could potentially take out the entire audience regardless of what they have or haven't thrown.

Sadly it wasn't anything painless but I was 7 and had the decency to feel guilty so I guess that helps a bit?
