On the bottom bar, there should be an Adblock link, click on that, then whitelist and urls you blocked accidentily, should be fine then. _________________ bi-chromaticism is the extraordinary belief that there exists only two options

Bottom Bar?
Did I mention I have the Mac version? Sorry. I'm not seeing a bottom bar, so I'm not sure what you mean.
Thanks, though. |

Seriously though, google to the rescue: try this. _________________ bi-chromaticism is the extraordinary belief that there exists only two options

Thanks, that last thing did it... I couldn't find a way to turn a status bar on, but I found the settings option that allowed me to chose what sites I allow images from.
It's all better now!
Thank you both for your assistance.
It was under Firefox Preferences, Content, Load Images, and there was a selection for "exceptions" and I found the list there.
Edit: gave more info. |

Important!
If you're using Filterset.g it will block the ads on Sinfest as well, which is bad for Tat. To whitelist Sinfest so that it shows ads despite filterset.g, do this:
1. In Firefox, go Tools Menu -> Adblock -> Preferences.
2. Click the "Adblock Options" button.
3. Choose "Site Blocking / Whitelisting".
4. In the top box, "address of web site", enter: @@sinfest.net
5. Click the Add button (NOT "Add current site", just Add).
6. Hit Okay. Hit Done. Refresh to see the ads.
Note I'm using Adblock Plus, which is based on Adblock (and is better & more popular,) and hopefully has the same menus. Essentially what you need to do is just 'whitelist' sinfest.net from blocking. |

Yeah, seriously. Don't ever ever ever block the ads. If you block the ads you are a very very bad man.
Remember Scott McCloud? Micropayments? Every time you click those ads, it's money straight into Tat's pockets. I idly click them from time to time. |

| Oh, no, of course not. Fortunately for our inevetably cheap and fickle selves, micropayments totally don't work at all. |

Ha ha, juggernautxug's signature is a mile-long canvas of cocks and mutilation. Perhaps it's sass, perhaps it's a cautionary tale as to why you should host your own signatures.
Either way, I reccomend you add this addy to your adblock sheet.

wait im having a thought here.... isnt that basically what arcades are? you pay an initial fee to begin playing and then you pay additional quarters when prompted for further and more complete enjoyment. can i get a better comparison? |
