- it was 86 degrees today before 10 am. it's supposed to be in the 80's again tomorrow. i don't think i will be up for wearing nice wool socks.

+ All set up to get the house inspected and start signing the final paper work!
- They* never restored power to the house, which has to be done 24 hours in advance for a proper inspection.
- They aren't sure when they will be able to turn it on.
- They are basically the worst at their job.
+ My realtor is kicking ass and being genuinely awesome.
- I'm still apparently contractually bound to get it inspected within ten days, it might be extended, but it's up to him to file the paper work which I don't really trust.

*The sellers' realtor.

Only one gyno has had any clue what to do, another was just insulting, and none knew how to rehabilitate it. Orthopedic doctors have had to look shit up in anatomy books. GPs have had sympathy but no answers.

I have a referral to a sports medicine place. Insurance deductables make the whole prospect expensive. But necessary.

If this doesn't work, I am driving my ass back to the gyno in AR so he can shoot me up with cortisone again. It is a short term fix and doesn't come with rehab (which I am going to have to have) but I'm desperate.
