uh oh, possible cultural issues here -- my Pa is my grandad.

s'cool that you had a relationship with your grandad -- I never got to know any of my grandparents.

My Pa passed away yesterday morning. Mixed bag because he had been in a lot of pain and very unhappy the last few years. Five days ago all his organs started shutting down, and he was put on a morphine drip. Everything stopped working except for his hardcore heart and lungs, and he died peacefully and without pain, which is a blessing for him, and for my Nan who was struggling to care for him. So long, Max. You had a great ride.

Sorry for your loss, Dennis. At least it was a peaceful passing.

+/- My sister broke up with her girlfriend.
- The end of a 3 year relationship.
+ Overall my sister is happy with this.
+/- My mom is so thrilled she is puking rainbows. Which is kinda annoying. Sure the girlfriend royally pissed me off (and the important blow - my sister wasn't happy) but why add insult to injury?
+ I'm happy my sister is out of a bad relationship. She can do SOOOOOOOOOOO much better.

+ All set up to get the house inspected and start signing the final paper work!
- They* never restored power to the house, which has to be done 24 hours in advance for a proper inspection.
- They aren't sure when they will be able to turn it on.
- They are basically the worst at their job.
+ My realtor is kicking ass and being genuinely awesome.
- I'm still apparently contractually bound to get it inspected within ten days, it might be extended, but it's up to him to file the paper work which I don't really trust.

*The sellers' realtor.

I'm pretty sure 'Tits McGhee' just agreed to move in with me.

This will obviously not happen.

And if it did, it will obviously end badly.

Only one gyno has had any clue what to do, another was just insulting, and none knew how to rehabilitate it. Orthopedic doctors have had to look shit up in anatomy books. GPs have had sympathy but no answers.

I have a referral to a sports medicine place. Insurance deductables make the whole prospect expensive. But necessary.

If this doesn't work, I am driving my ass back to the gyno in AR so he can shoot me up with cortisone again. It is a short term fix and doesn't come with rehab (which I am going to have to have) but I'm desperate.
