But... but I'm sweet and fluffy! I'm practically a pastry, I'm so sweet and fluffy!

Asshole pastry? Sounds like a grunge band. Or something you'd find at the Erotic Bakery.

A job interview...in 11 days time.
Hopefully I've learned my lessons from last time.
I am in a best posssible position, I've got a decent job, and I trying to find a better one. One could say I've got nothing to lose.

Stil I am wary, and that's why this is in the mixed bag thread.

Don't worry. One day you will do sex. I did it once, it was amazing.

Just make sure to clean your thing. Make it smell respectable.

Things in life do tend to happen all at once, it's probably because once you start doing one thing it affects something else in your life and than basically ripples through your life...like a butterfly effect..
or as I (from now on) like to call it:
Phenomena accumulation phenomenon.

-Some guy drove his truck into our building this morning.
--Four times!
-and then drove his employer's office, one more time.
-apparently there are ambulances at the building, glass everywhere, etc. They can't let anyone into our building (nor sure about his employer's building). Which means...
+I got the call about this before I left on my ten minute commute into work
++So I got told, "stay home until you hear otherwise. Probably not going to be until tomorrow."

The dude is claiming that he's diabetic and had low blood sugar. I really don't know if that's a reasonable explanation - I'm trying to focus less on the tragic/scary situation and more on the fact that I get to spend the day without pants.

My cousin got a baseball scholarship to a reputable college.

+ Hooray for him!

- I still dislike that a C student can get a free ride to college while an A student will be put into debt for years, even with scholastic scholarships.

Dear colleague,

Yesterday you made a huge fuss about a project that you insisted has to be finished today instead of tomorrow because you want to have the day off. And that's all fine with me because we were perfectly fine on schedule to do so. But now you're gone for more than half of the day because you had an appointment (which according to you only lasted at max an hour, so where the frig are you 3 hours later?) and I'm stressing my ass off trying to clean up the data so that it can be used at 3 PM.

PS: someone else brought cookies and I ate them all. they were delicious.

My mom's dog really loves me. I don't know why, I don't really do anything for him (I feed him if my mom is out of town or whatever)... but he just loves the shit out of me. Which makes me feel bad, because my mom spends so much time and money on him, he should really like her best.

As an example, he used to love bananas and then stopped eating them when she offered them... but he'll eat them if I offer them to him. During the 4th of July he wouldn't eat until my mom handed me the bowl, and I set it down in front of him. If I go to the bathroom he will be laying across the threshold when I open the door. If I get up to leave the living room he follows me, even if my mom is actively petting him at the time. He chooses to sleep in my room, on the floor (because I have a mild allergy), instead of on the bed in my mom's room. When he gets scared he goes in my room and hides in my closet, and if he's really scared he knocks over my laundry basket and makes a nest out of my dirty laundry. Even if my mom is home and available to pet him.

This dog is more devoted to me than any person outside my family has ever been, and there's no reason.
