Really, it's not much to the left or the right of the liver. It's just below it. Well, except for my really bad gallbladder. It was shoved up in the middle of the liver. So it was left, right and such of the liver.

the liver makes a sort of L-shaped where the angle is above the little piece and to the right of the long piece, and the gallbladder is sort of to the left of the little piece...so it's below most of the liver, but it's not under the entire thing...
yeah, anyway. i'm nitpicky today. i'm also right, and i don't want to look like i'm wrong, cause i'm not, so i'm especially nitpicky here.

Oh I think he has a hell of a case. Unfortunately, cases under the ADA can take a good long while to be investigated and acted upon. The best news this guy is going to get anytime soon might be an indictment by the government of his school district. They won't hand down judgement in anything resembling a timely manner, but the indictment will give him the ammo he needs for a civil suit.
The ADA is, in my opinion, a pretty reasonable piece of legislation, but it is often abused, and claims are backlogged a great deal.
