And in the states too, only you also have to lock the barrel to only pan 5 degrees off center, and replace the treads with tires so they don't wreck the roads. There has been a guy in california driving one for years. I remember seeing pictures of it in the newspapers in the late 80's, but that pre-dates the internet, so I'm having problems finding it now to link it to you.
