Next verse, same as the first. A little bit louder, a little bit more color.

Man, the Big D looks PISSED.

And... okay, maybe I'm weird here, but I almost wish he'd shown the women barefoot after discarding the heels, rather than in sneakers.

Though I suppose if they had the time to change out of their Bomf district 'clothes' back to their regular outfits, putting on shoes would be sensible.

Also less forest, and more desert.

Hats too, and hopefully they've arranged for transport.

Just wandering out into the desert would be a terrible exit strategy.

Am I the only one who finds their lips a little...unsettling, compared to what we normally see in Sinfest?

No. What are...

Ah! We usually do only see glossy lips in the bomf booths and such. So it is a little mixed context.

at very least how about allowing some of the women to carry their shoes to show you're not saying women should all wear the same shoes, just trainers instead of heels

Not that we'll miss their passing, but half of the population of Sinfest City is now dead.

Now what?

Of course it's that easy. It's a TV show, it's not real life. It's not even "real Life" as far as a comic strip, it's a TV show in a comic strip. This isn't a news report. In a comic strip.

Thanks captain obvious. Next thing we know you'll be telling us that the sky is blue.

As I am reading this, I am glancing out the window where the sun is just rising over the horizon. In that direction the sky is shades of yellow and orange. Very pretty. It just finished raining last night and out of the window on the other side of the room the sky is still nearly black and cloud covered. Interesting contrast. Surprisingly, no blue at all.

I'm not arguing the comic in the least. It is just ironic timing to read that in the thread.
