C'mon Squig, you gotta realise that's not Slick in there!

That's Squig's juice box, thrown in the air when Sleeze sprayed him with Hell Spray.

Wait a Minute. We never saw that she asked Slick why he went full retard or if he has an evil Clone after this......
I mean, i would be worried if my best Friend would act like that of if somebody how looks like him would be running around and causing stress. On the other Hand,it was probably just a comercial.

To be fair, Slick basically was Sleaze until that bomf. One might even argue the bomf made him better by containing his worst impulses in a shadow self.

This is wrong. Slick used to be a really complex and layered character until Tat decided to strawman him. The Sleaze saga could have solved the damage done but instead regressed the character to an unrecognizable state.

Sleaze reminds me about a little wound that didnt got threaded right and is now a very large scaled, open wound who doesnt look like it will be healing anytime soon.

Here it is years later and it just occurred to me (which means I'm sure you have all already reached this conclusion):

Is Sleaze simply an alternate personality for Slick? I mean, we (I) keep seeing Sleaze as a character separate and apart from Slick, but what if he's just a separate identity? Same body, different personality. We see the difference because the author chooses to show it to us, but everyone in the comic just sees the same old Slick acting like Sleaze.

I don't know why I didn't think of this before.

In this strip he's literally being dragged against his will by Sleaze. Squig actually sees this happening right in front of him and attempts to save him. He also ends up being dragged by what seems to be a real physical entity. This should disprove the theory that Sleaze is just Slick's dark side or an alternate personality but the Slick/Sleaze dynamic is portrayed so inconsistently that it's hard to tell exactly what he's supposed to be.

good point

Wait, did Jesus just help save Slick? Wow, I really can't seem to separate this comics metaphors from things that are just for story purposes.
